The work consists of constructing a 34' x 34' pole building with 18" overhangs, 14' eave height, pressure-treated posts and girts, pre-engineered trusses, ribbed wall siding, standing seam roofing, one man door, one overhead door, two windows, insulation, trim and gutters. It also includes excavation and pouring a 34' x 34' x 4" concrete floor using 3500 psi concrete mix with saw-cut joints. The Offeror must supply all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and inspections, and comply with OSHA safety protocols and facility security requirements, including escort and tool control while working inside the youth correctional facility.
