Apples, Frozen
The contractor must furnish frozen apples (sliced, diced, halved, or quartered) meeting USDA Commodity Specification for Frozen Fruit, in an estimated quantity of one full truck load (40,000 pounds). Delivery is FOB destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301, within 45 days after receipt of order or as scheduled by warehouse staff. The goods must be palletized, frozen to an internal temperature of 0°F or lower, and have a minimum one-year shelf life remaining. The contractor must comply with all packaging, labeling, and food safety regulations, and provide required documentation such as Nutritional Facts Labels, Kosher certificates (if applicable), and import inspection documentation upon request.
