Chicken Leg Quarters
The contractor must supply Chicken Leg Quarters (thigh and leg only, raw, unflavored, with skin and bone in, target weight 10 ounces with a 2 ounce variance) in an estimated quantity of 120,000 pounds. Delivery is FOB Destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301. The estimated three full truckloads (FTL) of 40,000 pounds each are to be delivered in 30-day intervals after receipt of order. The goods must comply with FDA/USDA standards, be U.S. Procurement Grade B or better, and meet specific packaging, labeling, and pallet requirements. Bidders must provide per unit pricing, and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive bid by a responsible bidder.
