The contractor must supply approximately 40,000 pounds of Cereal, Farina meeting Type I or Type II enriched farina specifications per CID A-A-20108C, delivered FOB Destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301. Delivery must occur within 45 days after receipt of order or as scheduled by warehouse staff, on palletized, stretch-wrapped American Standard pallets with a maximum weight of 2,500 pounds per pallet. All goods must have a minimum one-year shelf life remaining and comply with FDA/USDA labeling and safety regulations.
