The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Department of Public Safety from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Instructor(s) of 4 - FEMA NIMS ICS All Hazards Position Specific Unit Leader Courses. DPS’s emergency response courses are funded by a grant through an interagency agreement with OSDH. As required under that agreement, any subcontractors selected under this solicitation are subject to written approval by OSDH prior to award and contract execution.
A contract resulting from this solicitation may be designated for use as a statewide contract. See 74 O.S. § 85.5(G)(3).
