ODPS/BMV is soliciting quotes for the printing and purchase of State Fire Marshall 2027 Vehicle Inspection Decal. Specifications: State Fire Marshal 2027 Vehicle Inspection Decal. Prints two color plus opaque white for background opacity, full bleed, on 3-5/8" x 1-1/4" 2 Mil clear polyester permanent adhesive, with rounded corners. Liner is 4.5" x 1-3/8", two color plus opaque white for opacity, PMS 301 & Black, with full bleed background. Sequential numbering, 250 decals per roll with lowest number on outside of roll, with perforation on liner, in between each decal. Shrinkwrap @ 250/roll, The use of sub-contractors is not permitted. Quantity 3,000 (12 ROLLS OF 250). PROOF: Color laser, to size and carton and/or package label proofs shall be sent to Ohio Department of Public Safety, Printing Services ATTN: Scott Shafer An electronic proof is requested and needs to include package and carton labels and must be emailed to printrequest@dps.ohio.gov for review. I. of Standard Terms and Conditions: PROHIBITION OF THE EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR OFFSHORE SERVICES. No State Cabinet Agency, Board or Commission will enter into any contract to purchase services provided outside of the United States or that allows State Data to be sent, taken, accessed, tested, maintained, backed up, stored, or made available outside of the United States, unless the Contracting Agency obtains a duly signed waiver from the State. Notwithstanding any other terms of this Contract, the State reserves the right to recover any funds paid for services the Contractor performs or for data located outside of the United States for which a waiver was not received. The State does not waive any other rights and remedies provided to the State in this Contract. Further, no State agency, board, commission, State educational institution, or pension fund will make any purchase from or investment in any Russian institution or company. Notwithstanding any other terms of this Contract, the State reserves the right to recover any funds paid to Contractor for purchases or investments in a Russian institution or company in violation of this paragraph. The Contractor must complete the Contractor/Subcontractor Affirmation and Disclosure Form affirming the Contractor understands and will meet the requirements of the above prohibition. During the performance of this Contract, if the Contractor changes the location(s) disclosed on the Affirmation and Disclosure Form, Contractor must complete and submit a revised Affirmation and Disclosure Form to the Contracting Agency reflecting such changes. The applicable provisions of this section will expire if the applicable Executive Order is no longer effective.
