Description

The City University of New York (CUNY) Advanced Science Research Center (ASRC) is seeking vendors who have demonstrated ability to provide, install and service an inverted spinning disk confocal microscope system.

The Inverted Microscope with Spinning Disk and Dual Camera should meet the following specifications:

· Microscope has minimum of 3 distribution ports

· Microscope requires an extra-large FOV of 25mm

· TTL/Analog control of devices to minimize latency

· 2x SCMOS camera with 95% minimum QE, 0.7 e read noise, minimum 5MP

· Software capable of Dual Camera Acquisition at sustained 89 FPS or higher at full resolution

· Plan Apochromatic corrected 60x with minimum NA of 1.42 and min working distance of 150um

· Plan Apochromatic corrected 20x with min NA of .80 and 800 um working distance

· Plan Apochromatic corrected 10x with min NA of .45 and 4mm of working distance

· Internal 2x Optovar for flexibility on magnification w/ each objective

· Minimum z step size of 10nm, repeatability to 0.0625um

· System must include automatic NIR IR based focus system actively correcting for drift during imaging with fast response rate of 4ms, capable of focusing without exposing sample to light to minimize photobleaching in experiments.

· Lasers must be alignment free design

· Diode must meet min power output 405nm laser 100mw, 488nm 100mw, 561nm 100mw, 641 laser 75mw

· Workstation must have minimum 128GB or Ram and 16 GB GPU, CPU 4.2 GHZ or faster 6 core, 3 year Warranty

· Vibration table, minimum 36x 60 inches tapped

· Full Enclosure incubator with interior lighting

· Full Enclosure incubator with +/- 0.3 C accuracy over time, Co2 Mixer with +/- 0.1% accuracy

· Inverted Platform Fully motorized and triggerable by NI DAQ

· Software supports NI DAQ for precise sequencing of devices and minimum latency, with highest time accuracy

· DMD device has 1k by 1k resolution and max frame rate of 6000 fps, software has full patterned illumination control, triggerable and support multiple ROI

· 22mm FOV for confocal spinning disk FOV

· On Disk Microlens array for spinning disk light throughput

· 2 Color Simultaneous acquisition to two cameras

· AI based Denoise.ai to remove shot noise from image

· Automated multidimensional imaging workflows, workflows (e.g., timelapse, multichannel (lambda), multipoint (x, y), fast z stack acquisition, and large image stitching)

• 3 years of service contract
