Project Description: The project entails the renovation of the Nurse Station Cores in Buildings58 and 60 at the Rockland Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg, NY. The primary objective is to reconfigure the central nursing core functions across 14 behavioral health inpatient units and convert existing administrative space into a new inpatient unit.

Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
