Five (5) Year Contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Tennant Cleaning Equipment Parts

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking to establish an all-agency, five-year term contract for the purchase and delivery of Tennant OEM repair parts and materials used to support MTA-owned Tennant cleaning equipment. The contract will provide discounted pricing off the manufacturer’s list price, with all parts ordered on an as-needed basis by participating MTA agencies. The scope includes furnishing all Tennant replacement components for multiple equipment models, with full part details available in the accompanying Excel list, which includes but is not limited to brushes, filters, blades, batteries, hoses, and hardware. Only genuine Tennant OEM parts will be accepted, and inside delivery is required. The contractor must supply current price books, meet required delivery timelines, and assign a dedicated representative to support MTA operations. Warranty, return requirements, Insurance requirements and performance obligations will apply throughout the contract term.
