NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) intends to establish a sole source contract with Show & Tell Productions, Inc. located in New York, New York to provide the following:
TITLE George Washington Bridge Bus Station (GWBBS) and Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) – Operations and Maintenance of Passenger Information Systems and Visual Paging Systems
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Passenger Information Systems (PIS) and Visual Paging Systems (VPS) systems were developed and integrated by Show & Tell’s team of designers, engineers and programmers. Both systems have been implemented at GWBBS and PABT for nearly a decade and were created by identifying the unique business requirements of each site. Show & Tell maintains the operation and maintenance for the PIS and VPS at the GWBBS and PABT by using their proprietary knowledge to make necessary programming changes efficiently. The PIS supports customer experience at GWBBS and PABT by providing customers with information on bus schedules, travel alerts, facility announcements, advertising, and messaging during regular operations and emergencies.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
