Lupini Construction LLC is soliciting bids for the above reference project. The project scope of work includes:

• Plumbing

• Line Striping

• Concrete

• Concrete Repair/Restoration

Please note, this project is TAX EXEMPT and is subject to NYS PREVAILING WAGE requirements.

M/WBE and SDVOB contractors are encouraged to propose on this project as project specific requirements have been identified. The requirements are 13%MBE, 17% WBE and 0% SDVOB participation. Please be sure to indicate on your proposal if you are a NYS-Certified M/WBE or SDVOB contractor. In an effort to maximize the amount of MWBE and SDVOB involvement, Lupini Construction is willing to structure select trade scopes in such a manner that will help facilitate MWBE/SDVOB participation.
