The owner of the historic Lehman Block Building is soliciting proposals from New York State Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and/or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOBs) to complete the restoration of the building's historic storefront as part of a larger rehabilitation project funded through the NY Forward Program, Empire State Development grant.
Project Description
The NY Forward-funded rehabilitation included restoration and renovation of the building's exterior siding, window restoration and replacement, door trim restoration, repair and restoration of eaves and decorative corbels, exterior painting, upgrades to the stone foundation, expansion of the site's drainage system, and installation of insulation.
