7.8.26 - OMH issues IFB 26-037
The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide HVAC system Maintenance at 197 Half Hollow Rd, Dix Hills, NY 11746.
The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. (BP) Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet “IFB 26-037 -C202969 - Sagamore - HVAC – BQS.”
There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 11:00 AM ET on Monday, July 20th, 2026, at 10:00AMET at 197 Half Hollow Rd, Dix Hills, NY 11746.
Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Monday, July 27th, 2026.
Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Friday, July 31st, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.
Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Friday, August 10th, 2026. No late bids will be accepted.
