The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of HVAC Systems at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St., Utica, NY 13502.
The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.
A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than July 27, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST.
CONTRACT NOTE:
The Facility has a renovation project for building 11 that is expected to start construction in May 2026 (DASNY 371560 – B11 New Safety Training Center). The exact project installation date is not available at this time. The tentative equipment is included in the Appendix D – Exhibit B, Equipment List. The equipment will begin coverage under the terms of this contract upon project completion and OMH acceptance of the equipment.
Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, August 4, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on or before August 11, 226.
Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
