16316 Request for Proposal to Provide Wholesale Electric Power and Ancillary Services (“Electricity Services”)

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The selected Seller(s) will sell to the MTA, and the MTA agrees to purchase from Seller, Electrical Power Supply Service for use by the MTA for the applicable Account Group(s) pursuant to the terms and conditions of this bid, including any Addenda thereto, and the relevant utility tariffs.

Seller shall be in compliance with applicable utility tariffs and NYISO or NEISO approved rules applicable to third party suppliers.

In the sole discretion of MTA, Electrical Power Supply Service will be provided to all Accounts in a given Account Group at either: (i) Firm, Fixed Price Full Requirements; (ii) Firm, Fixed Price Electricity Power Supply Service with Pass-Through; (iii) Index Price Contract (LMP Index Pricing); (iv) Block and Index Price Contract. Additionally, the MTA may request green energy or other products defined in Bid Solicitation at the MTA’s discretion.
