The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a five (5) year contract to procure** Recreational Therapy Services for the Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center – Facility Wide** located at 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026, @ 9:30 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the IFB by Thursday, July 23, 2026, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Thursday, August 13, 2026, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is November 1, 2026 – October 31, 2031.
