This Solicitation is issued by the New York State (“NYS”) Office of General Services (“OGS”), Procurement Services for Safety Equipment and Products for Transportation & Public Works/Comprehensive Crash Mitigation (including Attenuators, Barricades, Bridge Rails, Crash Cushions and Guide Rails) as specified herein for all Authorized Users eligible to make purchases under the Contracts resulting from this Solicitation.
