The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Design and Construction of JFK Farmers Substation #2.

Registration on the Bonfire platform requires a registration that is separate and distinct from all other Authority software platforms.
It is currently anticipated that submissions shall be due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on August 13, 2026, or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those submissions in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time of the Due Date.
