** **DESCRIPTION: The Work of this Contract includes the following:

  1. Drill and grout anchor bolts.

  2. Install tower structural steelwork using steel located at Marine Parkway

Bridge.

  1. Test existing light fixtures and panelboards.

  2. Excavate, install conduits with drag lines and back fill.

  3. Install conduits in the towers.

  4. Install foundations and supports for cabinets.

  5. Install panel boards and cabinets for electrical and security systems.

  6. Install wiring and fiber for lighting and security systems.

  7. Commission electrical, lighting and security systems.

  8. Modify existing AVI cabinet platforms and relocate the existing canopy

and guardrails.

  1. Furnish cameras for installation by MTA

Special Instructions: This contract includes the opportunity to receive an Enhanced Utilization Credit, which is designed to incentivize the use of MWBE firms that have had limited or no opportunity to engage in contracting with the MTA. The Enhanced Utilization Credit Initiative (EUCI), offered by the MTA in partnership with Empire State Development, allows an additional fifty percent (50%) credit toward the utilization of EUCI-eligible firms for this Contract. A list of EUCI-eligible firms is available at https://esd.ny.gov/certification-plus-vendors.
