Also per this IFB addendum, in order to allow additional time for bid preparation, the bid due date is revised to Tuesday, July 28, 2026 by 3:00pm ET. The IFB Attachment B-2 (No Bid Explanation) due date is also revised accordingly.

IFB Addendum #1 has been posted to this solicitation (see attachment).

This addendum establishes an additional mandatory site visit opportunity [Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 11am ET] for any vendors that may have missed the one that took place on 06/16.

OMH will accept bids only from vendors that attend one of the two mandatory pre-bid site visits.

Any vendor who attended the original mandatory pre-bid site visit on 06/16 is not required to attend again.

The procurement schedule has been adjusted accordingly, with an extended Q&A period and a new bid due date.

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Pilgrim Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment for Pilgrim PC, located at 998 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood, NY 11717.

The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a separate Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00am ET. Interested bidders should refer to the IFB doc for directions. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, June 15, 2026 at 3:00pm ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, June 23, 2026 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
