WASTE TRANSPORTAION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES

THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFER THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS, AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS) AND PERFORM ALL OPERATIONS REQUIRED FOR WASTE TRANSORTATION AND DISPOSAL.

The Contractor will furnish, or arrange for furnishing, all labor, supervision, material, equipment, laboratory facilities, transportation vehicles, fuels, tolls, highway use taxes, insurance (including environmental liability insurance), spill prevention control and countermeasure equipment and materials and federal, state, and local permits, licenses, and other approvals necessary to manage the Waste from their point(s) of generation within New York State (including New York City) to the point(s) of ultimate disposition of all waste components.
