COMPANIES/CONTRACTORS OBTAINING BID DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN NYPA ARIBA DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. INCOMPLETE RESPONSES MAY BE REJECTED BY THE AUTHORITY.
