The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide Architectural design services to provide complete design services, to include, but not be limited to cost estimates, specifications, drawings, permitting submittals, as well as bidding and construction support and all other necessary federal reporting requirements. The design may be produced in two phases as follows: 1) Phase 1 - Programming and Conceptual 2) Phase 2 - Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
This project is partially funded through United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA).
