Estimated Project Cost: $5,000,000
Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project.
Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin January 2027 and construction is anticipated to begin July 2027, with estimated completion January 2028.
