Nevada State University (NSU) seeks a Contractor to provide materials and labor for the following:

The Raker Student Access Center lighting upgrade project is intended to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance requirements, and modernize lighting controls throughout the building. This project consists primarily of replacing existing 2x4 fluorescent lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures and installing occupancy-based lighting controls in designated spaces. This project does contain add alternates to furnish and install hallway motion sensors.
