Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 8am PST meet at the Campus Services Building (CSB) at (https://www.unlv.edu/maps/campus/CSB)4505 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89154. An additional site visit may be held at the discretion of UNLV. Bidders must sign in and stay for the entire time at site visit in order to qualify to bid on this project.
Parking & Transportation Services and the university police are authorized to enforce the parking rules and regulations. The university police have the additional duty to enforce federal, state, and municipal laws on all UNLV property in accordance with the provisions of NRS 396.325.
