The scope of work includes four service visits per year at 3-month intervals to verify all UV system components are properly adjusted and installed, verify integrity of electrical connections, verify communication of each module at the PDC, provide refresher operation and maintenance training for operators, verify integrity of waterproof seals, clean UV modules, verify operation of lamps and ballasts, replace defective lamps and ballasts (excluding complete bank lamp changes), and provide a report of all findings, corrective actions and recommendations at each site for each service visit. Supply and disposal of all materials such as lubricants, cleaners, fluids, lamps, ballasts, sleeves, circuit boards, fuses, etc. is the responsibility of the customer and must be available at the scheduled time of the service visit.
