The University of New Mexico Hospital requires specialized professional services associated with the operation, maintenance, configuration, optimization, integration, implementation, upgrade, and continued development of its existing Cerner environment. Services may include regulatory and compliance consulting; system and application consulting; software implementation, configuration, optimization, and upgrade services; software and systems engineering; integration and interface architecture and consulting; technical and solution architecture; clinical and business analysis; revenue cycle consulting; training, education, and learning services; project, technical engagement, and implementation management; strategic and operational consulting; and other professional and technical services directly related to UNMH's existing Cerner solutions and technology environment. Services may be performed on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis, as appropriate to the individual engagement. Specific services will be procured on an as-needed basis through individual sales orders, ordering documents, statements of work, quotes, or other applicable contractual documents identifying the scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement.
