The Vendor shall provide Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Hot Mix Cold Lay (HMCL) asphalt materials, including crushing, stockpiling, binder, mineral admixture, mix design, mixing, providing cold feeds, and process control testing. The work covers six districts with items including HMA SP-III and SP-IV with PG Binder 70-22 (Minor Paving Type I) and HMCL with HFE-300 or HFE-300P, Type B or C grading. The agreement is material-only, and all products must meet NMDOT Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction. The Vendor must also submit mix designs developed by a Department-approved testing laboratory and comply with all special provisions for asphalt materials and antistrips.
