The contractor shall provide comprehensive support services necessary to maintain the SRIS system, including extended warranty support, scheduled preventive maintenance, unplanned repairs, software updates, system patches, remote system monitoring, technical support, operator training, system adjustments, calibration, operational testing, and lifecycle support. Services shall include support for SRIS integrations and associated technologies, including Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR), Advanced Truck Identification System (ATIS), Advanced Thermal Processing System (ATPS), Automatic Vehicle Recognition (AUR), Overhead Vehicle Classification (OVC), Vehicle Waveform Identification (VWI), Weigh-in-Motion (WIM), and other Smart Roadside system components. The contractor shall provide 24-hour-per-day, 365-days-per-year monitoring and technical support, including emergency response for critical system issues.
