The awarded vendor will establish a Statewide Price Agreement to supply promotional items to all State of New Mexico agencies, local public bodies, and political subdivisions. Items include promotional items (buttons, key chains, pens, pencils, water bottles, etc.), shirts (tees, polos, short and long sleeved), caps/visors/head gear, and jackets (vest, wind breaker, fleece). The vendor must deliver within four weeks after a purchase order is issued, supply current catalogs upon request, and accept logos and stitching submitted by the user agency. Pricing is quoted as a percentage discount off the most current catalog/price list for items 1-4, with separate fees for logo set-up and additional stitching.
