LEGAL PUBLIC NOTICE- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of New Mexico General Services Department Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking
proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations which entails construction of a new Veterans
Cemetery for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services. The project includes approximately 2,810
square foot building with site improvements. The facility building is single-story. The work includes extensive
site work with the construction of Columbaria, a Committal Shelter, Crypt Fields, Perimeter Gates and Fences,
Stormwater System, Drive Aisle with Roundabouts and Limited Landscaping. The overall site parcel is 15
Acres, but the disrupted area is under 5 Acres.
This is the official notice that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available to the public on or about July
18th, 2026.
