To establish a Statewide Price Agreement for the purchase of Loader, Backhoe, for EMNRD State Parks
Division in accordance with the State Procurement Code of New Mexico and is available to all State of New
Mexico Agencies, commissions, institutions, political subdivisions and local public bodies allowed by
law.Successful bidder should be an authorized dealer and be a physically established dealership with parts and
service facilities in New Mexico, with Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.) certified mechanics qualified
to repair and service all aspects of engine and powertrain components.
