The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through
competitive negotiations for the procurement of Payment Processing Services to replace an expiring contract.
The purpose of the resulting contract will be to provide Payment Processing Services and
related ancillary services for payments made to the Department’s subdivisions and tax programs. This includes
but not limited to, fines and fees collected from the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) and taxpayer payments
made to the Audit and Compliance Division (ACD).
