Bid Proposals will be received from Bidders electronically ONLY via the Bid Express service until 2:00 P.M. on September 24, 2026, at which time the bid proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read in the DPMC Offices, Division of Property Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608. Once you have an account, you can view this procurement and download all related documents, as well as any future procurements that DPMC does through Bid Express.
