The mechanical scope includes the cleaning of existing HVAC ductwork throughout the designated areas of the facility. Installation of new duct access panels at strategic locations within the duct distribution system to provide permanent access for cleaning, inspection, and future maintenance. Following the installation of the access panels, the ductwork and coils shall be thoroughly cleaned in accordance with applicable industry standards, and all access openings shall be properly sealed upon completion.
