- Proposing Vendors shall provide a solution that tracks statewide compliance with federal juvenile justice laws by hosting accounts for approximately three hundred (300) agencies, allowing them to enter required facility information, upload documents, and submit detailed incident data whenever a juvenile is held in a secure adult facility. Proposing Vendors must also provide technical support, onboarding assistance, training, and marketing support for rollout, in coordination with the Department’s Communications Bureau, and provide ongoing system maintenance.

Through its responsibilities in both Child Protection and Juvenile Justice, DCYF works to support children, youth, and families together in their own homes and communities whenever possible. To achieve this, DCYF partners closely with families, the provider community, and other Department of Health and Humans Services (DHHS) divisions. Project Overview/Justification: – The Selected Vendor must design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive online platform dedicated to the collection, reporting, and monitoring of juvenile detention compliance data. This system will support state and local agencies in meeting all federal oversight and reporting obligations associated with the core requirements of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA) and the Juvenile Justice Reform Act (JJRA), found here: Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 (as Amended Through P.L. 115–385). The platform will serve as a centralized digital environment where facilities can securely submit data, track compliance status, document corrective actions, and generate required reports, ensuring greater accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in statewide monitoring efforts. With the JJDPA and JJRA’s updated standards and mandatory data reporting, New Hampshire needs a scalable, efficient infrastructure to ensure compliance and avoid funding penalties.
