The selected bidder will supply livestock feed consisting of 13% soybean meal and 87% cracked corn to Fort Robinson State Park. The contractor must deliver bulk feed in maximum 10-ton increments and 50 lb. sacked bags in maximum 2-ton increments, with approximately 90% of the order in bulk form and 10% sacked. Deliveries must be made within 5 calendar days after receipt of order, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, with 24-hour advance notice. The contractor is responsible for unloading bagged products and stacking them in the barn; no pallet jack is available and park personnel will not assist. The contract term is four years with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
