Streetscape Phase II Project 0810-2026 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Design, Construction Administration, and Observation Services The City of Washington, North Carolina, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services for Phase II of the Downtown Streetscape Project. The selected firm will provide services related to the design and preparation of construction plans, cost estimating, bidding assistance, construction administration, and construction observation for the continued redevelopment of the downtown streetscape. The project includes improvements along portions of Market Street and Main Street and will also require coordination associated with the relocation of existing utility services. Interested firms should review the complete RFQ document for the project scope, qualification requirements, submission instructions, deadlines, and other solicitation requirements.
Special instructions: The solicitation type is selected as an RFP. However, this is an RFQ by eVP does not have that type as a selection.
