FY28 RFPQ.
This event is for new Providers to the County Preschool for All System. Suppliers who are currently
qualified DO NOT need to reapply through this process.
If your organization is applying for multiple sites that have distinct Tax ID Numbers (TINs) and they
will be receiving individual payments from the County, each location must create a separate profile
and respond as a separate entity.
Event documents are available in Spanish, however all proposal responses must be submitted in
English.

IMPORTANT: Suppliers who do not currently have access to the Multco Marketplace Supplier Portal will need to complete

Supplier Access Request form should be completed no fewer than 5 days prior to the Sourcing Event closing date.
