Attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. The conference is to provide additional information about
the project and to answer any questions about submitting proposals through Multco Marketplace. Proposers are
cautioned that the official RFP requirements will change only by written Addenda issued by Agency.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS or CLARIFICATIONS
All questions or requests for clarification must be received at least 10 calendar days prior to the proposal due
date. All questions must be submitted through the Q&A Board of the sourcing event. Questions submitted after
the deadline or by other methods will not be answered.

This work is subject to Federal requirements described in the Request for Proposals document including, but not
limited to:

1.2 Specific Experience of Key Staff:
Submit Key Staff Resumes for the proposed Project Manager and key staff that you
believe are most important based on your understanding of this Project.
Evaluation Criteria: Staff shows experience with similar projects (scope, scale, budget,
required skills, etc.). ANSWER WITH THE PAGE NUMBER IN YOUR UPLOADED

1.3 Project Samples:
In your submitted proposal, provide details of at least two (2) project samples comparable
to the requested Services performed by Key Staff within the last 4 years. For the sample
projects:
•Describe their relevance to the Project and Services included in this solicitation,
including descriptions of how any outstanding issues and project constraints were
addressed and resolved.
•Include a brief description of project type, size, location, duration and objectives; a list of
key project staff and their roles; tasks performed by the Proposer to fulfil the project
objectives; the project budget, and whether the schedule and budget were met.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposal successfully describes comparable projects performed by key staff and their
work to resolve issues and efforts to keep project on budget and schedule. ANSWER

1.4 Location:
Describe proximity to the Project of your firm’s staff that will be assigned (office/satellite
office) and knowledge of the locality. Include proximity of any subcontractors that would
be assigned substantial roles under this Project. Also identify how travel costs will be
minimized for this specific Project.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposal provides sufficient information to determine proposer has knowledge of the

1.5 Risk Management:
Demonstrate your firm’s understanding of risk as it relates to the key service area.

strategies your firm expects to use to mitigate project risk when working on County
projects. Provide at least three (3) examples where your firm identified a risk to a project
and worked to mitigate it.

Proposer describes tools and/or strategies they use or plan to use to mitigate project risk.
