What current food bank services does your agency provide in overseeing school-based
food pantries and free food markets? Please describe your experience in building
positive partnerships with school districts, SUN Service System providers, and food
security community partners.

The awarded provider will subcontract with existing SUN Community School providers
to operate the pantries and markets in the schools, as their role is embedded into the
SUN Service Model. Please describe your capacity to provide contract administration
and accounting, technical assistance and training, monitoring, data collection and
evaluation?

Q2.1.3. Service Delivery - (20% of group 1)
What is your organization’s current annual number of pounds of food distributed and
the number of pantries and free food markets you provide administrative oversight of?
Do you currently have the capacity to procure, store and deliver approximately 2.34
Million pounds of food annually to a network of 29 school-based food distributions? If
not, how would you scale up to provide the scope of services immediately, not
dependent on the funds in this contract for start up, expansion, or transition needs?

Q2.1.4 Leveraged Funding and Resources – (10% of group 1)
Multnomah County funding provides a portion of costs for pantry and market operation,
primarily for SUN agency staffing, while leveraging $2.3 million of food value and $1.3
million in additional funding from the Contract Supplier in FY23. Describe your ability,
through outside fundraising and food procurement, to leverage the needed outside
resources to provide these services?
