The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program, is issuing an Invitation for Bid
(IFB) for construction services. A more complete description of the services are provided
in the Invitation to Bid and other Bidding Documents. Bids submitted in response to this
IFB must comply with the instructions and procedures presented in the Bid Documents.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and Project walk-through will be held at the
Project site at 11:00 AM Mountain Time on September 11, 2026. All prospective
bidders must attend; there will be no exceptions made.
The meeting location for the pre-bid conference is the Racetrack Pond Fishing Access Site
(FAS) parking lot. To get to the Racetrack Pond FAS parking lot, exit Interstate 90 at exit
195. Head to the east side of the overpass, turn right on West River Road and in approximately
0.1 mile turn left into the FAS parking lot.
