The Department of Public Health and Human Services is considering a request from the Director's Office to
award a Sole Source contract to Salish and Kootenai College (SKC) as the CHAP Curriculum Hub for the Rural
Health Transformation Program’s Community Health Aide Program.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS
Potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service meeting all the requirements
listed herein and are interested in providing it to the State of Montana are invited to provide a detailed
description of their product or service.
Vendors shall use the Q&A Board in eMACS to present any questions, comments, or requests for clarification
or interpretation of any information within this notice by the Question Submission Close Date deadline stated.
