To All Interested Vendors: The University of Montana Division of Biological and
Biomedical Sciences is considering a request to award a Sole Source contract to Newport
Corporation as the provider of the following: InSight X3 Dual-067.
This is not a request for competitive proposals, see attached intent to sole
source justification. If a vendor believes they can provide items that offers the same
or equivalent features please detail in writing to Chris Newlon,
chris.newlon@umontana.edu how they can provide and equivalent product and services
with the heading “REQUEST TO CHALLENGE”. Failure to do so will not be considered a
valid challenge. Written requests to challenge must be received by 4:00PM local time,
