To all interested vendors, the University of Montana is considering a request from the College of Forestry and
Conservation to award a Sole Source contract to Wildmon, Inc to provide Wildlife Insights SaaS for managing,
analyzing, and sharing camera trap and bioacoustic data using machine learning and AI.
The University will accept written challenges from potential vendors who believe they can provide the same or
equivalent solution meeting all of the requirements listed in the Sole Source document attached to this
solicitation in Buyer Attachments and in Questions. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A written
request to challenge must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time, July 27, 2026 in the Q&A Board of this
solicitation within eMACS or in writing to the Procurement Officer listed in the Sole Source document with a
heading of "Request to Challenge". A determination by the University not to compete this proposed purchase
based upon responses to this notice is solely w
