Montana State University is soliciting bids for Nitride Molecular Beam Epitaxy equipment, components,
accessories, and related items.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) This is a multi-award solicitation, not an “All or nothing” bid submission. Multiple suppliers may be
awarded separate items from the list.
2) Some items have Brand Name requirements, meaning the items can be sourced from any supplier but
must be manufactured by the identified brand.
3) Awarding does not guarantee Purchase Orders. Due to configuration and project fabrication
requirements, POs will be sent on as needed basis after awarding. Requested information found in Line
Items column 'Requested Delivery'.
4) A contract will be issued to awarded suppliers to establish the catalog of items for reference of POs.
This contract will comprise of 3 documents: Signature Coversheet, List of awarded items, and MSU
Standard Terms and Conditions (found in Buyer Attachments of this IFB).
