The contractor will supply and plant 7-gallon or 15-gallon container-grown trees on specified municipal and public land. Responsibilities include site inspection, locating underground utilities, guaranteeing plant material for one year, following ANSI Z60.1 standards, proper planting techniques (e.g., pits 3 times wider than root ball), watering on planting day, providing a watering plan to each municipality, clearing debris, and achieving a mortality rate of less than 10%. The contractor must have an ISA-certified arborist on site. Work is issued through task orders and must be completed by April 1, 2028.
