Phase 2 will weatherproof the exterior structure, secure all entrances, and give the exterior a fresh coat of paint. This work scope will include selective demolition, the replacement of all doors and windows (plywood currently covers the windows and some doors to prevent rain damage and any unauthorized access). This phase will also make necessary repairs to the exterior structure so that the lead paint can be remediated and the exterior structure painted.
