The selected contractor will conduct aerial LiDAR and multispectral imagery acquisition over approximately 2,331 sq. km in southern Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson counties, MS. LiDAR must achieve an average density of 18 returns per square meter or greater, with vertical accuracy consistent with USGS QL1 (10 cm RMSEz). Multispectral imagery must be 4-band (blue, green, red, near-infrared) with 15.24 cm (6 in.) or better GSD, fully orthorectified. Deliverables include LAS v1.4 LiDAR data, orthophotos in ECW and TIFF formats, FGDC metadata, flight logs, and QA/QC documentation. Optional ground control surveys may be included.
